How To Make Your Own: Mayonnaise
Love from scratch cooking? Me too. Here is how to make your own mayonnaise in about five minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 2 Egg yolks (Save the whites for something else)
- 1 cup of oil (olive, canola, or vegetable)
- 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 dash of pepper
Here's what to do:
- Whisk it and add oil slowly
- Chill and serve
Inexpensive, quick, and easy . . . not to mention good!
