At the Bar: Hot Rum Toddy
Need another hot drink for cold days and nights? Here is a derivation of a post from the other day-- the Hot Rum Toddy. Prep time is under five minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 2 oz. of light or dark rum
- 1 cube of sugar
- 2-3 oz. of boiling water
- 1 lemon slice
- Fresh ground nutmeg
Here's what to do:
- Dissolve sugar with hot water in Irish coffee mug
- Stir in rum
- Top with lemon slice and nutmeg
Enjoy.
